The Action Plan will be prepared with a focus on (a) Post-WASA continuation on wind measurements, ownership of wind masts, and continued use for climate forecasting; (b) Capacity building needs (e.g. SARETEC or expansion of wind courses to other educational institutions), depending on future demand for skilled workforce; (c) Analysis of market development of large grid-connected wind power in view of the new IRP 2019 and REIPPPP resumption; and (d) Market assessments Incl. institutional arrangements needed) and financial-economic analysis of small-scale wind energy, including power generation in the 100 kW- 2 MW range, and wind-powered water pumping.

PMU, PSC, UNDP 2021/03 Initiated Various discussions on sustainability with the partners are already in advanced motion, namely with the WASA consortium; and with SARATEC.
