1. Recommendation:

Recommendation 1. The evaluators advise UNDP to apply in future Actions (similar to YBI) the combination of activities/budget allocated between «traditional activities» (i.e., support in agribusiness, service, small production) and «new activities» (IT trainings, digitalisation), and to keep some of the tools used in YBI.
