LNGOs were seen as more cost-efficient though, and having more access to local sites, more knowledge of the people, the area and the language, and being better able to find locally driven solutions. b. ERRY will work on building the capacity of IPs, which is in line with the resilience framework that focuses on building local and rural capacities at the community level and enhancing structures that are accessible for local communities.
