UNDP?s cooperation with and support to the GOI requires a project as delivery mechanism and managed by PMU. The arrangement of PMU does not necessarily promotes exclusivity. The project will strive for ensuring that the deliverables are produced through a participatory process especially when engaging local government in on site recovery measures.
