Following the signature of the UNSPDF, the UNCT will engage the Ministry of National Development on the formation of the Joint UN-GRZ Partnership Committee, with clear ToRs. Under the current implementation arrangements, this function is built into the management arrangements for the implementation of the UNSPDF e.i UNDAFs. For UNDP, the Annual Programme Review (APR) form the highest accountability mechanism for overseeing the implementation of the Country Programme and UNDP and the National Execution Agency have the co-responsibility for this function. A GRZ-Multi UN Agency partnership committee was established in 2016 and has guided on the development of the implementation plan for the 7th National Development Plan (7NDP). History
