Cooperating Agency?s Response to key Recommendations of terminal evaluation:Without the municipal service permit because of the imported hydrogen storage tanks, but this issue can be resolved in the expanded demonstration under Phase III. Alternatively we could adopt the hydrogen storage tanks from the local manufacturer. On the other hand, the standard and regulations of the imported hydrogen tanks will be gradually improved for practical development in the future. Key future actions to be taken in response to Key issues raised and Recommendations (if any):The Project team will make policy suggestions to both Beijing and Shanghai Municipal Governments to develop technical specifications and standards for imported hydrogen storage tanks so that future FCVs to be deployed for FCB-III will be given service permits without any delay. Alternatively hydrogen storage tanks provided by local manufacturers could be used on the FCV for FCB-III. Time frame:Long term Responsible unit(s):Shanghai PMO, and other related agencies of the local government
