1. Recommendation: Review execution procedures to reach a consensus on defining respective roles between UNDP & OCLA. Such procedures should follow international standards & be clearly defined & agreed upon. This would benefit both UNDP & the Samoa Parliament. Training should be organized to raise awareness among stakeholders.
