1. Recommendation:

Recommendation 1: Full utilization of the institutional infrastructure established and the strengthened technical and management capacity in the National Replication Program. The National Replication Program should take full advantage of the skill and experience that will benefit the replication plan.

Manuals, technical reports, promotional materials etc. produced by the project have been well documented and shared. Project management experience has also been documented and shared among FECO to serve as good model for the project formulation, design and implementation of multilateral and bilateral environmental projects
