The PB meetings have been organized according to the working plan as require PB to approve on the annual budget, working plan or any significant issues related to the implementation objectives or project targets. As up to MTR (2 years), there are four (4) PB Meetings were organized. However, to get more participation as recommended by MTR team, start from Y2016, PB meetings will be organized more often or as necessary. Review the investment by demo project partners and re-assess the co-financing

DEDE has continuously been promoting energy efficiency through financial support. However, because of the late start of the project caused the time interval for the demo buildings, which were participated in the project document stage, to change their policy. Some of them have moved ahead without any waiting for the project implementation. However, these hurdles have been solved. The new list of demonstration buildings have been finalized and secured with the financial support from DEDE to encourage the implementation of EE improvement to save energy and reduce GHG. In this regard, the project team will review the investment of the new list of demo project partners and re-assess the co-financing

The two firms constituting the PMU must work more cohesively as a single entity and improve the project’s Monitoring and Reporting by adhering to PPM, and develop the scope to engage experts to conduct survey of project stakeholders for monitoring progress of project indicators

The two consultants; BMC and ENSOP, although they have been assigned to implement the project components separately, they have coordinated, cooperated and worked closely through regular meetings and discussions. The outcomes of the three components are related and compliment to each other such as BESM of BMC’s responsibility needs data survey collected by ENSOP, which needs to be working together in order to complete the effective BESM for future application nationwide. As the role to play on project management, it is the full responsibility of BMC to guide, supervise ENSOP to implement the project components as planned and reach the target of greenhouse gas reduction and energy efficiency promotion
Apart from the closed work of the two consulting firms, DEDE through the Project Management Unit (PMU), which has been established since the beginning of the project and whose members are from DEDE’s related bureaus, has, in fact, worked closely with the two consultants; BMC and ENSOP. Weekly meetings have been continuously organized to deliberately look into work progress and barriers of the project implementation. Advise and instruction are delivered from the meetings to help solve the problems arising from the onsite implementation, information survey and information findings in order to speed up the work to reach the targets
Regarding to the project’s monitoring and reporting by adhering to PPM, the project team will review PPM and will report the progress of the project comparing to the indicator in PPM to UNDP on quarterly basis
