1. Recommendation:

1/ Because the partners on the local level were marked by their significantly low capacity it is recommended that collaboration with them with the aim of their further capacity building remains a priority

1/ UNDP advocates for further support to target VET colleges’ with EU. The colleges’ can be supported through the new programmes of EU and possibly other donors. During this project UNDP provided support to the colleges only for the selected professions. The target for further support may be new professions which will be demanded by the employers. The rest of projects implemented by UNDP can not provide support  to these Colleges due to difference in the target sectors and consequently vacations.

2. Recommendation:

The work created on the local (micro) level at the selected three Vocational Colleges should be replicated at the national level. The replication should also be done in relation to other vocations.
