Evaluation Recommendation or Issue 1: Future cooperation and collaboration: In consideration of the achievements attained in the ALP implementation, and to maintain previous investment results, considering renewing and reorienting the top leadership capacity building support to key sectors should continue. It should be designed in the manner that consolidates sustainability of capacities built, continue to expand outreach to middle level leaders and inclusion of more leaders from emerging regions and females.
