After the inter-ministerial workshop on monitoring on 30 November 2018 led by MMERE officer, the conceptual framework for data & information sharing between the three technical ministries and NDMO was drafted by MMERE. It is planned to further develop the system to actually link it with NDMO's What To Do message.
