Comments :: Country Programme Action Plan (2013-2015). CPAP M&E framework is in line with the requirements, procedures and tools in the UNDP M&E Handbook. The Government and UNDP will be responsible for setting up the necessary M&E mechanisms, (including those needed to monitor outcomes), tools and conducting reviews in order to ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of the CPAP, and with the view to ensuring efficient utilization of programme resources as well as accountability, transparency and integrity. At the project level, IPs are briefed on the M&E process and will adhere it including the necessary reporting such as MYPR, APR, PIR including the preparation of AWP for disbursement of cash.The reporting will be in accordance with the procedures and harmonized with UN agencies to the extent possible.
