- Following UNDP Evaluation Policy, this CPD Evaluation Plan for 2022-2025 will inform the relevance, impact, effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of UNDP work, jointly with national counterparts and key development stakeholders. It will also assess UNDP’s contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework (UNSDCF) outcomes. The UNSDCF and CPD planification process highlighted the need for evidence-based information on UN/UNDP contribution to national priorities, which are integrated into the General Government Policy for the period 2020-2024 (GGP). This CPD Evaluation Plan proposes Project, Joint Programmes and Outcome Evaluations to measure the extent to which UNDP is contributing to national and local development goals. The CPD Evaluation plan foresees thirteen (13) evaluations during the next 4 years.
