Justification: This evaluation is combined with final CPD evaluation. Indeed, the government of Togo transformed the “National Development Plan 2018-2022” on which the UNDAF was based into a "Roadmap 2020-2025", and the UNCT therefore decided to shorten the UNDAF of a year, and therefore we will have to align ourselves and develop a new CPD 2023-2027, a year earlier therefore.
