Justification: In the current country context and recent landmark decision on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) including the build up to the 2022 general elections, it will be challenging to fully engage key stakeholders for the consultations that come with necessary engagement with our key devolution partners. Propose the removal of this CPD outcome evaluation with UNDP contribution being reinforced through the planned UNDAF 2018-2022 evaluation which will be showcased under Strategic Results Area 1 – Transformative Governance that is being led by UNDP.
