Justification: The country office has one of its flagship programmes that will be undergoing a terminal evaluation as well as two GEF projects under this outcome which will also from part of the 2021 Evaluation Plan. We therefore propose that the outcome evaluation is removed and further reinforced with the planned UNDAF 2018-2022 evaluation in which our UNDP contribution will be instrumental under Strategic Results Area 3 as well as the 2021 ICPE which is being undertaken by the IEO.
