Justification: The Gender-Responsive NDC implementation in the Bhutan project is a USD 802,500 UNDP global project implemented for a period of 3 years, from 2019 to 2021. It is a capacity development-related project, with no plan for the follow-up phase. While terminal evaluation was initially planned, its requirement is not mandatory as per UNDP POPP guidelines on evaluation. The TE for this project is therefore proposed to be canceled. It was discussed with RTA as well.
