Justification: Please note that, the CO has just finished his CP evaluation. From page 26 to page 45 of this document, the evaluation focused on the governance outcome evaluation. The report has covered the strategic positioning, coherence, relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of this outcome Governance. The CO no longer considers it relevant to evaluate the outcome now. The CO considers that the governance outcome is already well covered in the CPD evaluation. We are also preparing for the independent evaluation by IEO We therefore wish to delete the evaluation of the governance outcome from our evaluation plan on ERC
