| 1 | UNDP IRH should ensure maintenance of the web repository containing the project knowledge products after closure of the project. |
| 2 | UNDP IRH should collect all technical reports, market studies and other results of the Lighthouse Projects and make them available through the web repository of the knowledge products. |
| 3 | For preparation of multi country projects with sizeable and staged equipment procurement components UNDP should plan minimum 5-years implementation period. |
| 4 | For preparation of future multi-country projects with regional and national components, UNDP should follow the standard Objective-Outcome-Output-Activity pattern and construct project logframe matrix according to substantive topics and assign national or regional responsibility for implementation of individual Outcomes in the results matrix without clustering them according to the implementation responsibility. |
