UNDP Brazil indicates this Project as a best practice for it is an example of sustainability and integration to Institution's mission, knowledge sharing and incorporation by Executing Agency, the completion of 99% of project's intended results. Some Project impacts must be observed: - "salário-educação" collection, increased around 50%;, between 1999 and 2002, in nominal terms; - FNDE's programs were consolidated, especially those that generated automatic goods and services transference and that involved high amounts of financial resources; - Education project's analysis was improved and the number of agreements (convênios) systematically increased; - FNDE developed and implemented mechanisms to provide citizens with access to information (Citizen Call Center and portal facilities).
