Final Evaluation of the Spotlight Initiative

Final Evaluation of the Spotlight Initiative

Cancelled
Justification: There has been a final evaluation for the whole programme portfolio, done by the UN System-wide Evaluation Office. While the evaluation covers the entire portfolio in an aggregated way (there will not be a specific evaluation for each country), the evaluation team selected a group of ‘sample countries’ where a more in-depth data collection has happened: Mozambique, Guyana, Caribbean RP, Malawi, Africa RP, Nigeria, Honduras, Argentina, Latin America RP, Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia RP, Pacific RP, and Samoa. The data collection is now almost complete, and the report should be ready in the second half of the year. Based on this, Mali country office has decided to cancel the evaluation.
