Justification: Ce projet, tel que décrit n’existe pas dans notre bureau. Il y a certainement eu une confusion avec le projet gestion des écosystèmes (projet éléphant) dont le démarrage a pris du retard eu égard à la recrudescence des conflits dans la zone du projet et la décision du GEF d’élaborer un certain nombre d’outils dont un plan de sauvegarde avant de démarrer le projet. Finalement ce projet a été lancé en mars 2021 et l’évaluation ne pourra plus avoir lieu cette année.
