Summary

Se realizó entre el 24 de julio y el 29 de septiembre de 2023. Fueron consultadas 35 personas (23 mujeres y 12 hombres) de la Unidad Coordinadora, el Ministerio, PNUD, personas beneficiarias, y otros actores clave. El Programa responde a la modernización y fortalecimiento institucional.  Refleja avances arriba de lo esperado para el medio término de su ciclo de duración. El 81,2% de los productos presentan un nivel de avance superior al 50%. Ha superado el estándar GEN 2 asignado en su diseño.
