Justification: The MTR is rescheduled to May 2023, as the planned assignment start date is 27 March 2023. As per the evaluation schedule, the assignment will take around 5 weeks from the start date. Hence, the final MTR report along with the management response is expected by end of April - beginning of May 2023.
The MTR will be added in the new CO Evaluation Plan 2023-2026.
