Justification: Las evaluaciones de Spotlight se deciden a nivel central en el Secretariado. Incluso, los fondos reservados para evaluación final están en el presupuesto de ONU Mujeres, y serán sustraídos por el Secretariado para cuando decidan hacer una evaluación. Esta información se clarificó en la misión de cierre del proyecto a finales de enero de 2023. Como UNDP solo se tendrá acceso a un performance review global, que incluyó desk review de Honduras.
