1 Help the government to transform NCS into an economic sustainablie entity
2 EIECP has to investigate means to transform protected areas and national parks into an asset from which the local community derives services.
3 Tourism is an engine of growth for both the local and national economy. However, it is a vulnerable economic sector. For this reason, EIECP has to see that other local economic sectors, such as agriculture, ranging and fishing, are linked to the PA to ensure ownership, and thus sustainability.
