Le bureau  vient de boucler en fevrier 2016, le processus d' evaluation a mi parcours des effets du CPAP 2013-2017  et sollicite le repport de la date de cloture de l'evaluation finale du CPAP 2013-2017  en septembre 2016 (au lieu de juillet 2016) pour lui permettre de se preparer en consequence
