DGD to develop a risk management tracking mechanism. . In close coordination with other entities with a solid background in security and knowledge of the country, the DGD will conduct contextual analysis of the risk levels. This will be helpful in fine-tuning project strategies for interventions at State and LGA levels.

A National Inter-Agency Advisory Committee on Voter Education and Publicity will be established, led by INEC and the Media, Civil Society, Inter-faith groups, traditional leaders and the National Orientation Agency as members of the Advisory Committee . The members will pool resources together in order to compliment activities and to have maximum voter education outreach.
