Evaluación del UNDAF

Justification: The UNCT in Mexico has defined that the UNDAF will be assessed by performing an actualization of the Mid-Term Review that was elaborated in 2018 (a desk review, for internal use only). This will provide the UNCT with valuable information to improve the implementation of the UNSDCF recently signed in Mexico, however, it does not comply with the proper elements to be considered an evaluation. Since it is a joint decision by the UNCT that goes beyond UNDP's mandate, we kindly asked that this evaluation is removed from the plan.
