Justification: The CO has conducted both CPD and UNDAF evaluations last year and based on the findings prepared the new CPD that will be submitted to the EB in May 2020. With this in mind and taking into account the current Covid crisis, the outcome evaluation on regional inequalities is redundant and will not be necessary. Outcome and thematic evaluation will be included in the new evaluation plan, as of 2021.
