Justification: Dear colleagues, Please refer to the document signed by RR that is attached for your review - Deletion of CPD Outcome evaluation MNE Dec 2020. Kindly note that in 2020, the Independent Evaluation Office of UNDP conducted a comprehensive Independent Country Programme Evaluation (ICPE) that reviewed systematically the development results for all four outcomes of the 2017-2021 Country Programme Document (CPD). In line with UNDP Evaluation policy and in consultations with the Regional Bureau, the recommendation and request are to delete the mentioned outcome evaluation from UNDP Montenegro 2017-2021 Evaluation Plan, as it is considered to be excessive.
