Mid-term Evaluation of UNDP partnerships

Justification: The ICPE in-country mission held in March 2019 covered key informant interviews with six major DPs and almost all ministries with whom our projects have been working with. We expect the ICPE report will shed light on partnerships and provide a recommendation on this area for formulation of the next CPD. UNDP HQs also conducted a partnership survey in 2017, which covered Bangladesh. Therefore, we have decided not to conduct this evaluation.
