Enhancing the project monitoring and evaluation. The Project is required to enhance its monitoring and evaluation function by updating the Project’s Tracking Tool at the mid-point of the project implementation and using it as a base for measuring the progress

Empower the Project Steering Committee. The role of the Steering Committee should be enhanced.
