Summary

The Evaluation report presents the main findings, conclusions and recommendations of evaluation of UNDAF 2018-2022 for the Kyrgyz Repubic, which is a medium-term strategic planning document that articulates the collective vision and response of the UN system to national development priorities and outlines the activities implemented by the UN in partnership with the Government of Kyrgyzstan and in close cooperation with international and national partners.

The evaluation was conducted by a team of three independent experts who worked closely with the United Nations Resident Coordinator's Office (UNRCO), UNCT and other UN structures in the country.

The brief summary of the evaluation contains the main findings along the five dimensions of relevance, effectiveness (including an overview of the impact), coherence, efficiency and sustainability.

Output 1.1.1 Capacities developed across the whole of government to integrate the 2030 Agenda, the Paris Agreement and other international agreements in development plans and budgets, and to analyse progress towards the SDGs, using innovative and data-driven solutions

1.2 By 2030, reduce at least by half the proportion of men, women and children of all ages living in poverty in all its dimensions according to national definitions

1.4 By 2030, ensure that all men and women, in particular the poor and the vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources, as well as access to basic services, ownership and control over land and other forms of property, inheritance, natural resources, appropriate new technology and financial services, including microfinance

1.5 By 2030, build the resilience of the poor and those in vulnerable situations and reduce their exposure and vulnerability to climate-related extreme events and other economic, social and environmental shocks and disasters
