Fully Accept. Through the project implementation committee (PIC), AET has been positioned as the AEMP implementation coordinator of all partners, stakeholders and landowners. The prevailing situation is that most partners active in the Amboseli Landscape are resourced through philanthropic contributions and can only forecast annual activities dependent on the resources at hand.

Complete a post-project gender analysis to identify:
- gender issues learned/encountered over the course of the project
- project outputs that support the empowerment of women and mechanisms to sustain these outputs
- recommendations / strategies to address gender issues going forward
Management Response: [Added: 2021/08/02]
Partially Accept. There were gender considerations in the implementation of the project. At least 20% of participation in key strategic and planning meetings for this project comprised women. Some activities such as bead work, pasture enhancements, milk banking, among others, specifically targeted women groups and hence had 100% participation of women. Livelihoods that specifically targeted women were also implemented, and tangible results realized from the interventions. Documentation was the weakest link and this will be addressed
