Key Action Update History
The Project's dialogue processes have allowed the construction of networks of strategic partners and the mapping of other initiatives (national or international) in execution, that act or could act synergistically, with international cooperation projects. It is suggested that exchange activities be included with other national initiatives and international organizations (triangular cooperation) for the execution of a Project in the area of biodiversity. For that, UNDP's support and international expertise would expand the articulation with other initiatives in biodiversity

The project has a strong focus on supporting the National Protected Areas systems. Despite the dialogues process had advanced in mapping networks no follow up activities were promoted. The project is on the last year, UNDP team is supporting the ICMBIO team on the next steps considering the phase out or extension possibilities. The issue of knowledge sharing will be included on the discussions
