Requesting an alternative plan for an unforeseen situation is complicated because the CSO participate in the call for projects with the initiative they intend to implement. However, that what we can apply is to have better coordination and communication with the INE in case an unforeseen situation happens and take joint decisions on how to solve it. We have learned from the pandemic that is necessary to have dialogue and collaboration with the CSO to take into consideration their opinion before decision making.

The Network of CSO from PNIPPM have already at phase 1. Its objectives are directly related to strengthening peer learning among CSO. In addition, the BRIDGE workshop in gender and elections was held online in Zoom and an online platform in which CSO had spaces as a "coffee shop" and forums to share between them.
