Anticipate and work from the CBD, in support of the Chancelleries, the evaluation of the current state of the ALT and the design needs, faculties and scopes of the new ALT, with international support, arbitrations and application of the experience of similar cases (Rin, Peru-Ecuador cooperation, and others). Consider whether the current ALT participates as an observer or adviser to the CBD, in addition to participating in the CTB.

15. Recommendation:

It is necessary to make explicit the approaches assumed, if raised, on gender consideration, in all project activities (pilot projects, studies, and trainings) whose implementation could be conditioned by these approaches. The relative cultural homogeneity of the TDPS area facilitates the focus on gender aspects, but cannot be assumed to be implicit in actions. In the intercultural issue, the homogeneous can be the rural area, but this can hide or obviate cultural differences in the technical, the academic and in the urban-rural relationship of the executors in relation to users.
