1. SGP OP5 had followed the indicators designed during the OP5 project inception.
2. As TE evaluation recommended, specific thematic areas based SMART indicators will be designed for the OP7 SGP.
3. Each project wise result will be updated in the MIS periodically by the PMU
4. Sufficient fund may be allocated for capacity building on M&E

Implementing agency need to have access to a regional technical expert who should be consulted whenever required. Given the diversity of expertise required to manage projects related to CC, BD and LD, a regional technical expert and one of these themes should be used to provide oversight management and expert consulting whenever required.
