1 1. Increase focus on human resource management and development systems within EPA (Environmental Protection Authority) with the development of a proposal for improving staff career development and better definition of EPA procedures and processes
2 2. Design proposal for transfer or secondment of Department of Forestry staff with key skills and experience to bolster capacity of EPA (Environmental Protection Authority)
