1 Propose a path forward for Liberia to mainstream the highest priority SMC issues in our country?s development planning processes and plan and prepare a strategic national document, which will express Government commitment towards the implementation of environmentally sound chemicals management and SAICM?s Global Plan of Action
2 Ensure that the project is implemented with full participation of all major stakeholders at all levels.
3 In order to establish and strengthen the functional national cross-sectoral, inter-ministerial coordination in support of sustainable SMC mainstream and consult with all involved related stakeholders and sector so that collective support can be provided by the Government.
4 Ensure that the project produce a comprehensive reader friendly documents especially the National Situation Report on the Sound Management of Chemicals and the Mainstreaming Road Map and Plan of Action Document as mentioned in the project document.

The reports are being produce and will form part of National Adaptation Plan that will address most of Liberia?s sound chemical needs.

This is not in place.
