Towards to end of project activities the Government Implementing Partner requested a full-fledged project final assesment that would help UNDP and GAP RDA to develop and finance follow-up projects upon completion. |

1 | Sub-Cluster Projects could be designed and implemented. According the results of the final assessment and stakeholder’s views further projects should be designed and implemented in order to maintain sustainability of the project results. These projects could include but not limited to sub-cluster development projects. |
2 | An impact assessment should be conducted there years after the project is completed. In order to measure the sustainable effects of the projects an impact assessment should be conducted. |
3 | The result of model pilot projects’ impact assessment should be completed and the success stories should be disseminated. The purpose of the Project is to increase the competitiveness of the organic agriculture sector in the Region (especially in Sanliurfa) through activating the regional organic agriculture cluster and improving the local business environment by establishing an innovation and information center, establishing best practices (pilot and demonstrative actions), and building local capacities, and by promoting the region nationally and internationally. The dissemination of the pilot projects conducted accordingly however in order to create more impact and increase awareness pilot project’ result should be published in different areas. |
4 | A comprehensive current situation plan should be prepared. Taking into account national and international plans a comprehensive current situation plan could be prepared considering the natural-environmental data of the region such as climate change, ecosystem services, natural resource status. |
5 | Implement capacity and cooperative building programmes. Implement programmes in particular towards the women producers to increase their awareness and capacity building activities on organic farming and natural resources usage and efficiency, ecosystem services, sustainable tourism, etc. |
6 | Implement similar projects for other organic products that are produced in the regions. Execution of similar processes for the products other than the eight products covered on the basis of the Value Chain Analysis with the cooperation of GAP BKI and GAP ORKÜDER |

Part of the exit strategy prepared by the project team sub-cluster development assessment was conducted. In order to develop new projects draft concept notes for the sub-cluster projects will be prepared and a meeting will be conducted with the implementing agency.

Success Story Videos and Success Stories published simultaneously with activity implementation. Web Portal was designed and all project related activates shared on the portal as well as on the GAP RDA’s and UNDP’s web sites, social media accounts. Furthermore the UNDP and RDA project team is planning to prepare more success stories and promote the project results.
